Cookies & browser storage
We use necessary browser storage for your choices. Optional analytics requires your consent. Similar rules apply to cookies and local storage.
Necessary preferences
Necessary storage supports the functions you request and remembers your choices. It is separate from optional analytics. Your browser's language is used for the first visit when no language preference has been saved.
Language: the first-party cookie .AspNetCore.Culture remembers the language you select for up to one year. Changing the selected language updates it; deleting it restores browser-language detection on your next visit.
Analytics choice: billpusher.analytics.v1 in first-party local storage remembers whether you allow or reject optional analytics. It has no automatic expiry and remains until you change the choice or clear the site's browser data.
Optional PostHog analytics
When analytics is available and you choose to allow it, PostHog helps us understand visits, campaigns and use of features. The analytics library and optional tracking start only after that choice. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website.
After consent, first-party local storage can hold PostHog identifiers and billpusher.analytics.first-touch.v1 for campaign attribution. This storage has no automatic expiry in our integration and remains until it is cleared or reset. Rejecting analytics stops collection and removes the saved campaign attribution and resets analytics identification.
Analytics uses selected events rather than automatic capture of everything on the page. Session recordings are disabled, and names, email addresses and document contents are excluded from the events we send. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals prevent analytics from starting.
Change or withdraw your choice
Follow the link below to “Analytics and privacy” on the home page and choose “Allow analytics” or “Reject analytics”. You can use the same controls to withdraw consent. If analytics is disabled, no optional analytics runs and the website shows that it is not enabled.
You can also remove cookies and local storage in your browser's site-data settings. This clears the saved choices on that browser and device, so you may need to select your language and analytics preference again.
