Terms of service

These terms apply to business customers using BillPusher. The service is not offered to consumers.

1. Supplier and customer

Your agreement is with the company identified below. You must act on behalf of a business and have authority to enter into the agreement. Individually agreed written terms take precedence over these general terms.

AppMinds ApS CVR (Danish company registration): 45444120 Horsensgade 16, 1 2100 København Ø Denmark support@billpusher.com +45 28 87 69 06

2. What BillPusher provides

BillPusher is an online service for collecting and handling business receipts and invoices, matching transactions and supporting bookkeeping. Available features, integrations and usage limits depend on the selected plan and modules.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business data, reviewing suggested matches and accounting entries, and meeting your accounting and tax obligations. Automated and AI-assisted suggestions do not replace professional advice or your own checks.

3. Orders and agreement

An order submitted in BillPusher is a request awaiting approval. Review the selected plan, modules, price and limits before submitting it. A pending request can be cancelled in the subscription area. The paid service and its commercial terms must be confirmed before payment becomes due.

Approval-based orders do not collect payment when submitted. A trial started through card checkout or an App Store subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown before confirmation, unless cancelled before renewal. Card subscriptions are managed on the subscriptions page; App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple.

4. Prices, payment and delivery

The agreed order confirmation states the price, currency, VAT, billing period, payment method and payment deadline. Any recurring payment or renewal must be stated in that agreement. There are no physical delivery charges for the online service. Never send payment card details by email.

The service is delivered digitally through your BillPusher account when access is approved or on the start date agreed with you. Access depends on the selected modules and on any necessary third-party connections being authorised. Contact us if the agreed access is not available.

5. Free access and trials

Trial eligibility, duration, usage limits and renewal price are shown before you start. The three-month Automation trial requires a payment method or an eligible App Store subscription in the iOS app. It renews as a monthly paid subscription unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the confirmed end date. Earlier trials keep their original terms.

6. Term and cancellation

Unless a different term is expressly agreed in writing, there is no commitment beyond the agreed paid period. You may cancel before the next renewal, with effect at the end of the current paid period. Access remains available for that period. Cancelling a pending order is separate from ending an already approved subscription.

To cancel an active paid subscription, email us with your company name and the subscription concerned. We will confirm the end date. Send your cancellation to support@billpusher.com.

7. Withdrawal, refunds and complaints

BillPusher is sold exclusively to businesses, so the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to these business agreements. Paid periods are not normally refunded because you stop using the service or cancel before the period ends. This does not limit any refund or other remedy for a defect, overpayment or other entitlement under applicable law or your written agreement.

Contact us promptly if the service does not match the agreement or a charge appears incorrect. Describe the issue and identify the relevant order or invoice. We will investigate and seek to remedy the problem; any agreed refund will be arranged with you through the applicable payment method.

8. Accounts and business data

Keep account access secure and only connect mailboxes, bank accounts and accounting systems that you are authorised to use. You retain your rights to your business data. Make sure you can retain and retrieve records required for your business, including when the service ends.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement is required before that processing begins. Contact us to arrange the applicable agreement and information about subprocessors. Our public privacy information is available in the Privacy policy.

9. Operation and responsibility

The service may be affected by maintenance, technical faults or changes to third-party integrations. These general terms do not include a guaranteed uptime or response time; any such commitment must be agreed separately in writing. Liability and remedies otherwise follow the agreement and the applicable rules of Danish law.

10. Changes to prices and terms

Material changes affecting your paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect. Price increases apply no earlier than a subsequent subscription period and with notice that allows you to cancel before the change applies. Changes do not retrospectively alter an agreed paid period.

11. Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by Danish law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any disagreement. If no agreement can be reached, disputes are handled by the competent Danish courts under the ordinary rules on jurisdiction.
